Club Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Chair of the Volunteer Board of Directors. Exceptional circumstances will be considered by the board and the appropriate League Representative(s). The decision of the board will be communicated to the member.
CoVid-19 Refund Policy
As a new, not for profit organization with minimal revenue and no starting financial assets, our ability to refund fees will be constrained by financial expense commitments that cannot be reversed once preparations are made for the season to begin.
Should the club facility be closed due to public health or government order(s) related to CoVid-19 or another reason, the Volunteer Board of Directors will attempt to reduce expenses to the extent possible, and may issue a pro-rated refund. Members will be given the option of donating some or all of the refund back to the club to support our continued viability.
While our club will adhere to all CoVid Safety requirements recommended by the Government of Ontario, the Middlesex Health Unit, and Curling Canada, should a member feel unsafe in our curling environment within the first two (2) weeks of play, that player may submit a refund request.
