Online Liability Waiver - Guests: 2026-2027 Season

The Highland Community Curling Club requires that every on-ice participant acknowledges reading and agreeing with our club Liability Waiver.  If you are a current club member, or have already registered for an on-ice event and acknowledged our waiver, you do NOT need to complete this registration.

Registration

Online registration is required for all on-ice non-member/guest participants.

First, please read our Liability Waiver.  For participants under the age of 18, the parent/guardian must accept the waiver.  The waiver contains a link to download a 'Printable Liability Waiver' document and also includes a contact e-mail address should you have any questions or concerns about the waiver.

Next, click on 'Register' at the bottom of the 'Event Properties' page and complete the form:

• Type the First Name, Last Name and E-mail contact for the participant. The parent/guardian e-mail address may be used for participants under the age of 18.
• Type the name of the person accepting the Liability Waiver in the Signature area (must be the parent/guardian name If the participant is under the age of 18).
• Check the box accepting our required Terms and Conditions (our Liability Waiver) for this event.
• Click 'Process Registration' thereby acknowledging acceptance - an electronic record is stored in the HCCC system.

Please DO NOT submit the Printable Liability Waiver document to HCCC - we require that the online registration be completed instead.
