Online Liability Waiver - Guests forms must be completed by all non-HCCC curlers using our ice facilities.
These on-ice events include:
- Member / Guest Ice Bookings
- Practice Ice - Non HCCC Curlers
- Bonspiel / Ice Rental participants, etc.
Please ensure that all participants in your event have registered on the website and acknowledged HCCC's Liability Waiver.

If any participant in your event has NOT registered on the HCCC website (either as an 'Event Registrant' or as a 'HCCC Member'), the 'Online Liability Waiver - Guests' registration form is available from either a laptop computer device, or from a SmartPhone via the scannable QR code.
