HCCC Rowan's Law Acknowledgement 2026-2027

The HCCC Rowan's Law Acknowledgement is to be completed by ALL participants under the age of 26 as well as Coaches, Club Officials and Trainers. For participants under the age of 18, the parent/guardian acknowledges Rowan's Law on their behalf:

Government of Ontario - Concussion Awareness resources:

• E-Booklet - Ages 10 and Under
• E-Booklet - Ages 11-14
• E-Booklet - Ages 15 and Up

Registration

Online registration is required so that each participant (and parent/guardian, if participant under the age of 18) acknowledges reading and following these Concussion Awareness resources, as required by Rowan's Law.

• If the participant is under the age of 18, the parent/guardian must complete registration and type their name in the Signature area of the online registration form.

Click on 'Register' (below 'Event Properties') to complete the Rowan's Law Acknowledgement.  By completing this online registration, you acknowledge that you have read and will follow the concussion awareness resources listed above.

Please note that the Rowan's Law Acknowledgment must be completed every season. Should you wish to download a printable document as a receipt to remind you of the date on which you reviewed it, please click on the link below and complete the form for your own records.
