- Meetings
Note: While the Facility Calendar is available to the public, only HCCC members can Book Ice, and see detailed League Schedules, after first logging into this website.
Navigating the Facility Calendar
- There are four (4) calendar views available: day, week, month and list - the default view is 'day'.
- Hint: To fast-track through the calendar, select the 'month' view; use the arrows to select the desired month; then return to the 'day' view.
Booking Ice
- To make booking ice for Rescheduling Games quicker and easier:
- Full 2-hour booking slots are now available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and Wednesday mornings
- These sheets with 2-hour time slots have been 'Game Prepped' by our Ice Team.
- Games may still be rescheduled using multiple half-hour or hour time slots, but 'Game Prep' is not guaranteed.
- Ice may be booked up to 35 days in advance.
Note: Ice booking must be completed using the 'day' view in the Facility Calendar.
League Schedules
- League Schedules are now available on the Facility Calendar.
- Members will now see:
- their opponent
- their sheet assignment
- game start time.
Ice Maintenance and Ice Prep
- Members can now see when our Ice Team has performed weekly Ice Maintenance and daily Ice Prep (multiple fixed times/day).
- Note: When booking ice, if the Facility Calendar does not indicate Ice Prep just prior to your desired time slot(s), then 'Game Prep' is not guaranteed.
