General Release Forms (HCCC Waiver acceptances) are required from all non-HCCC curlers using our ice facilities.
These events include:
- Member / Guest Ice Bookings
- Practice Ice - Non HCCC Curlers
- Rentals, Bonspiels, etc.
Please ensure that all participants in your event have registered on the HCCC website and acknowledged HCCC's Liability Waiver (event Terms and Conditions).
If any particpant in your event has NOT registered on the HCCC website (either as an 'Event Registrant' or as a 'HCCC Member'), the General Release Form is available from either a laptop computer device, or from a SmartPhone via the scannable QR code.
